Dead On Tools Updates
Dead On Tools accepts credit cards as a form of payment via PayPal. Customers can checkout as a guest without signing up for PayPal.
Dead On Tools does not offer shipping internationally or to Alaska and Hawaii.
We ship anywhere within the continental US. Check back with us in the near future as we work on a cost-effective way to expand our shipping options overseas!
To initiate a return, you must contact Dead On Tools within 30 days of the order placement date.
Overall, here’s what you need to do to initiate a return:
1. You MUST contact us (Once you contact us, you will be given a Return Form with the RMA# needed for your return.)
2. Fill out all of the fields on the Return Form
3. Make sure you repackage your item with the Return Form and all original packaging (i.e. tag, poly bag, etc.)
4. Once we receive your return item we will start the refund process!

In the event that the item(s) ordered appears to be defective, see WARRANTY INFO.
You will receive an email after your order has been completed and payment is received. An additional email will be sent once your order has shipped providing tracking information. Please contact customer service if you do not receive a confirmation email.
We currently ship anywhere within the continental US. We ship standard ground and ship free on all standard shipping orders with a cart totaling at least $50.00 in merchandise. Expedited shipping is offered at an additional cost and is not included within the free standard shipping on orders totaling at least $50.00
We estimate 3-5 business days. New orders will be processed every weekday (Monday-Friday) before 11:00 AM CST.
Our Return Policy is only effective if the item was purchased online from this website. Any Dead On Tools product bought from an outside retailer will be subject to the respective retailer’s return policies.
